Sole Kombucha is based down the road from us in Dublin, PA and produces small batch kombucha using clean, organic and sustainable ingredients.
Growing up around her grandparents' produce farm and market taught Andrea how to work hard, of the importance of community and sustainability and that kindness matters. Andrea's Italian grandmother Rose modeled that believing in yourself and taking some chances will take you further then you could ever imagine. Andrea decided to take those principles, put on her rose-colored glasses and start Sole.
Sole is Italian for sun, which provides all living things with warmth, joy and the ability to flourish. The sun connects us as humans, plants and animals.
Sole is proud to use a variety of fresh fruits and herbs that they grow themselves in addition to those from local farmers that are all fair trade, organic, non-GMO and/or sustainable. All of their teas are fair trade organic and their sugar is pure cane from Florida. The mission at Sole Kombucha is to provide a flavorful, high-quality kombucha that is approachable to your taste buds as well as your wallet.
Sole embodies many of the same values we have at Bodhi Market in suppporting farmers, community and sustainabality. And, oh yes, their kombucha is fantastic!
