Ingredients


 




  • 1/2 medium or 1 small apple

  • 1/4 cucumber (leave peel on if unwaxed)

  • 3 to 4 kale leaves (curly or lacinato)

  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds or chia seeds, optional

  • 1 cup mango/pineapple juice or water

  • 1 .28oz packet Amazing Greens

  • 1/4 cup berries (frozen or fresh) or banana


 


Directions


Blend all ingredients. Enjoy!
