> Kale, Pineapple & Banana Smoothie
Jumpstart your day with this tasty, healthy green smoothie!
- 2 cups lightly packed chopped kale leaves, stems removed (or use Power Greens)
- 3/4 cup water (or almond milk)
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup pineapple pieces
- 1/2 cup mixed frozen berries
- 1 packet of Amazing Greens (your choose of flavor)
Blend all ingredients in a Vitamix or Ninja blender.
If you do not have a high-powered blender, just make sure you chop everything before putting in your regular blender.
Makes 2 cups.
