Jumpstart your day with this tasty, healthy green smoothie!


Ingredients



  • 2 cups lightly packed chopped kale leaves, stems removed (or use Power Greens)

  • 3/4 cup water (or almond milk)

  • 1 banana

  • 1/4 cup pineapple pieces

  • 1/2 cup mixed frozen berries

  • 1 packet of Amazing Greens (your choose of flavor)



Directions


Blend all ingredients in a Vitamix or Ninja blender.


If you do not have a high-powered blender, just make sure you chop everything before putting in your regular blender.


Makes 2 cups.
